Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. We encourage you to set up forwarding rules from your existing business phone system. Using StoragePilot to handle after-hours support is a very common use case and can typically be set up within your existing phone system.
How can I add the chat to my website?
We provide simple embeddable code with clear instructions on how to add it to your website. You can choose one chatbot for all locations or a separate one for each location.
