After installation, operators enter their Lumio Organization ID into the add-on configuration; Lumio is notified instantly via Storeganise's webhook framework with no API key handling required. Lumio then syncs tenants, units, unit types, leases, invoices, and site information in real time. When a customer calls, the voice agent looks them up by phone number against live Storeganise data, answers their question, takes a payment, schedules a move-out, or transfers to a human — and writes any changes back through Storeganise's API. Operators can toggle Lumio on or off per site using Storeganise's standard add-on controls.
