How LockVue works with Storeganise
Operators map each unit to its LockVue Lock ID and add facility-wide locks, such as gates and entrances, in the Add-on settings. When a customer moves in, Storeganise shares both the facility locks and their unit lock with the customer's booking email, and the locks appear in the LockVue app as soon as they register with that email. Access is revoked automatically on move-out or when an invoice becomes overdue, and restored once the invoice is paid. Unit transfers, manual overlocks, and optional access hours are all managed from the Storeganise admin dashboard.

How does the LockVue integration work with Storeganise?
The Add-on links each Storeganise unit to its LockVue lock, plus any facility-wide locks such as gates. On move-in, Storeganise shares those locks with the customer's booking email. Once the customer registers in the LockVue app with that email, they can unlock via Bluetooth. Move-outs, overdue invoices, and unit transfers update access automatically.
Which types of locks does the integration support?
LockVue is lock agnostic and works with Bluetooth padlocks, door locks, and gate controllers. You can set one or more facility locks, such as an outer and inner gate, alongside individual unit locks. Does the integration work for operators with multiple sites?
Yes. One LockVue account and API key can serve all your Storeganise sites, with each site configured independently. Customers renting at more than one location use a single app login and see all their locks in one place.
Can I limit when customers can access the facility?
Yes. Access is 24/7 by default, but you can set access hour schedules and assign them to individual units. Outside those hours, locks still appear in the app but can't be unlocked. The same hours currently apply to every day of the week.
How do I get started?
