We’re improving the security of our user creation process to stop spam accounts. We’ve added a Captcha anti-spam service to your general settings. This helps ensure that only real users can create accounts, protecting your system from fake accounts.
You can easily turn this Captcha feature on or off, depending on your needs, especially if you use custom booking portals or APIs: go to Main Settings > General > Captcha.
Dispute management for Stripe payments
We’re pleased to introduce an important enhancement to how Storeganise handles Stripe disputes (inc. SEPA & cards). For example, when an invoice is paid via SEPA (direct debit) and later disputed by the customer through their bank, Storeganise will now:

Mark the invoice as
failed
. -
Add an outgoing payment for the disputed amount.

Tag the invoice as
disputed
. -
Create a follow-up task for operators to manage the disputed payment effectively.
