Abandoned booking automations, SMS alerts & global job view
This quarter’s updates are designed to make day-to-day operations smoother. As always, these updates will be rolling out over the upcoming weeks depending on location.

Convert more leads with automated abandoned booking follow-ups
When a customer starts but doesn’t complete an online booking, Storeganise will now:
- Automatically send them a reminder email to complete their booking; and
- Alert your ops team so they can follow up directly.
Benefits for operators
- Capture missed revenue
- Automate follow-ups with no extra work
- Never let warm leads slip away
How it works
This is enabled by default. Preview or customise the email templates under Main settings > Emails.

Manage and view all jobs in one place
You can now see all Jobs across sites, including user-specific tasks, on a single top-level /admin/jobs page. The job list is standardised, with an optional site display, so you can quickly review, edit, and act without switching between sites.
Benefits for operators
- Get a complete, company-wide overview of jobs
- Easily track user-specific tasks
- Save time and reduce confusion

Send tenants more SMS alerts from Storeganise
The Twilio Add-on now supports SMS notifications for 10+ events, covering much more than booking confirmations. Events include payments, move-outs, invoice reminders, rent changes, waitlist updates, and more.
Benefits for operators
- Reduce missed payments and late fees
- Keep tenants informed in real time
- Centralise all customer comms within Storeganise
How it works
Enable Twilio in Main settings > Add-ons > Twilio and choose which events should trigger SMS notifications.

Take control of Unit pricing for manual move-ins
When moving in a tenant manually from the Management Portal, you can now choose from:
- Unit type dynamic price (if applicable)
- Unit type default price
- Unit default price
- Custom price
The same options are available when editing rental pricing after move-in.
Benefits for operators
- Optimize revenue
- Stay aligned with pricing logic
- Make informed choices on the spot

Instantly create next month’s invoice
From the Unit > Invoices list, you can now click Create next invoice. The system generates the upcoming period’s invoice in Draft mode, so a manager can review and edit before charging.
Benefits for operators
- Prepare invoices ahead of time
- Reduce confusion around prepayment workflows
- Give managers full control before invoices are sent
Important: Draft invoices are not charged automatically. A manager must process the charge manually.
Other updates
We’ve also rolled out several smaller—but mighty—improvements to make your workflows faster, cleaner, and more reliable:
- Automatic Xero credit note reconciliation: Credit notes are now automatically matched to their original invoice, keeping your books clean with less manual work.
- Minimum late fee amount: If you charge late fees as a percentage of the unpaid amount, you can now set a minimum late fee too.
- Order signup just got smoother with a new “Forgot password?” option during checkout, making it easier for tenants to complete their booking.
- Custom fields with multiple options: Text/string custom fields now allow you to save multiple values.
- Improved UI for Management Portal lists: We have improved the design of important lists such as unit, invoice and job lists giving you a better overview of your business.
- Webhooks now send failure alerts with direct links, so your team can troubleshoot and fix issues in seconds instead of hunting for the problem.
- New webhook events added: invoice.updated; invoice.state.updated; invoice.payments.updated; job.invoice_reminder.sent; job.unitRental_updatePrice.notified; job.unitRental_updatePrice.completed.
Plus the usual performance optimizations, UI polish, and behind-the-scenes magic to keep Storeganise running better than ever.
