A faster, simpler booking flow

The customer booking flow is shorter now, with fewer steps between browsing and confirmed.

What changed:

  • Passwordless signup: customers create an account with a 6-digit email code instead of setting a password.
  • E-sign and ID verification moved to after submission: customers finish booking first, then handle paperwork from the confirmation screen.
  • Outstanding tasks shown clearly: the confirmation screen lists exactly what's left, sign agreement, verify ID, confirm email.

Customers get to confirmation faster, and you still collect the same verification steps, just on their own schedule.

Storeganise June 2026 product updates featuring faster bookings and redesigned dashboard

Site Overview: redesigned

Site Overview is now a full reporting dashboard with five views, depending on what you need to focus on:

  • At a glance: revenue, occupancy, and awaiting payment
  • Operations: occupancy, move-in/move-out flow, pending jobs
  • Sales: reservation pipeline, booking lead time, available unit mix
  • Financials: revenue utilization, revenue per rental, awaiting-payment aging
  • Customers: tenure, churn, net flow, top customers

Headline metrics show month-over-month and year-over-year trends, color-coded so you can tell right away whether things are improving or need attention. Most KPIs are clickable, linking straight to the filtered list behind them, overdue invoices, occupied units, and so on.

Automatic payment retries

Failed payments now retry on their own, on a 1, 3, 5, and 7-day schedule, across Stripe, Fortis, and Mollie. No manual action needed from you or your customers. Every retry attempt is logged in the invoice history, and you can still retry or cancel manually from the invoice detail page if you need to.

Less time chasing payments, better cash flow.

Customers can now schedule their own move-out

Customers can schedule a move-out directly from the Customer Portal. The date picker automatically respects your configured notice period, so there's no need for calls, emails, or back-and-forth to get there.

Nothing changes on your end: the job still lands in the Management Portal for you to review and confirm, like any other move-out.

It's a small change, but it cuts down on manual admin and gives customers a smoother way to wrap up their rental.

Task templates

No more rebuilding the same tasks from scratch. Set up reusable templates in Settings > Tasks, with titles, descriptions, and assignees pre-configured. To create a common task like a move-out checklist, click "Add task," pick a template, adjust if needed, and post. Routine tasks that used to take a minute now take seconds. For anything one-off, "Custom..." still works the way it always has.

Other improvements

  • Unit Type and Site lists now show color-coded availability indicators, making it easy to spot empty unit types or sites.
  • Late fees now apply to disputed invoices with an outstanding balance, based on the original invoice due date.
  • Passwordless login is also available on the main customer portal login screen, via 6-digit email code or magic link. Password login is still there for customers who prefer it.
  • A new "You will be charged on" email notifies customers when an invoice is scheduled for a future charge date. Required for UK direct debit compliance.
  • MOTO payment method: operators can now add a Mail Order/Telephone Order option for phone-based payments.
  • Fixed: "Make a payment" now prompts customers to add a payment method if they don't have one, instead of hitting a dead end.
  • Credit notes and their linked invoices no longer trigger automatic receipt or invoice emails.

Plus stability and performance improvements across the platform.
