What the AI Connector actually does
The AI Connector links your Storeganise account to the AI tools you’re already using. Once connected, your AI tool has full visibility into your operations: sites, units, rentals, invoices, payments, customers, move-ins, move-outs, and more.
This goes well beyond pulling up numbers. Because your AI tool can interpret, compare, and analyze data on the fly, you can ask for things that would have taken hours to compile manually, or that simply didn’t exist as a report before.
Custom analyses, trend comparisons across months or years, cross-site benchmarks, pricing gap reviews, customer behavior patterns. If you can describe what you want to know, you can get an answer.
Here’s what operators are doing in early testing:
Morning briefing in one question: “Give me a summary of occupancy rates and revenue across all my sites for the last 30 days. Are things improving or declining?”

The AI Connector installs as an add-on in your Storeganise account. Connect it to your preferred AI tool, and you’re ready to go. The whole process takes a few minutes, and you don’t need any technical background to do it.
Under the hood, the AI Connector uses a protocol called MCP (Model Context Protocol) that lets AI tools communicate with external software. But you don’t need to know that. If you’ve used ChatGPT or Claude before, you already know the interface. The AI Connector gives those tools something far more useful to talk about: your actual business.
